What this opt-out covers
The Lucky Lighthouse does not sell personal information for money. However, certain advertising, analytics, or measurement activity may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under U.S. state privacy law. Sending the request below tells us to:
- Stop sharing identifiers, device data, internet or network activity, approximate geolocation, and inferences associated with your email for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Treat any future requests tied to that email as opted-out of sale/sharing.

Appeals and non-discrimination
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email or contacting Owners@theluckylighthouse.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right, including by denying services, charging different prices, or providing a different level of quality.
