To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lighthouse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Lighthouse harmless from claims arising out of Your Content or your misuse of the Service, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
