These Terms govern your use of theluckylighthouse.com and the Lighthouse workspace at /app/ (together, the "Service"), provided by The Lucky Lighthouse ("Lighthouse", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or to scrape or resell data.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the clients, research, tasks, and other content you create in your workspace ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, transmit, back up, and display Your Content solely as needed to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for Your Content and for confirming you have the rights to store and process it through the Service, including any obligations to your own clients.

4. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Service changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect your use of the Service.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. After termination, we will delete or de-identify Your Content as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lighthouse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lighthouse harmless from claims arising out of Your Content or your misuse of the Service, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
